Dmitrii Frolov

I have been programming in Java since I was 14 years old. I started with game development — made games, marketplaces, tried all sorts of things. At 17, I got a job as a Java developer at T-Bank and have been creating reliable fintech systems ever since.

I am now the technical lead and architecture owner of a team that develops decision—making systems and new tools for foreclosure automation. In addition, I am a member of the architectural committee and two key teams: the Collection reliability team and the development of new tools. I am responsible for the architecture, sustainability and engineering evolution of our systems.
