Maps, Schemes and Compose

Talks on Compose are mostly presented at another conference Mobius, but this time we’re not talking about Android. Moreover, there will be no traditional story about painting buttons. We will use maps-kt (https://github.com/SciProgCentre/maps-kt/) as an example to show how Compose-multiplatform canvas graphics works. We will look more deeply at the more esoteric APIs of Compose and see if we can live with that. And of course, we will discuss whether the desktop development is dead or not.

As a bonus we will discuss problems with implementing cartography.
