I’ve been at Yandex since 2005. In various roles, I’ve worked on search, email, blog search, the Ya.ru platform, images, videos, internal tools, and many other services. I actively develop technologies and tools for creating websites. I’m one of the two co‑authors of the BEM methodology. I run the interface development school at Yandex. I spend a lot of time working on issues related to the usability of development, hiring, and training. Recently, I’ve become the CTO of Practicum.
