LoginJava has always been a fairly stable platform. Java ecosystems had a stable release cycle, a stable process for developing new functionality, a stable process for responding to vulnerabilities, and so on.
Whether we like it or not, the problem is that AI has significantly changed many of the things we were used to. The development process has changed considerably, and, in particular, we have started facing a number of problems. For example:
There are more vulnerabilities in our dependencies.
AI-generated software running in our production environments has become less stable and lower in quality.
The industry is still looking for answers to these challenges. But I believe we already have a solution to many of these problems. We’ll discuss it in this talk.
