A brief excursion into structural design and, particularly, into the concept of balanced systems.

Using three real cases of 50 to 40,000 lines of code as examples, I will show what unbalanced systems look like and what problems imbalance leads to.

Then I will show how ‘balancing’ the system speeds up code performance up to 300 times and team performance up to 3 times.
